Cream Cheese Fingers with Pecans & Dulce de Leche

1 Bar of Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 cup of pecans
1 can of Dulce de Leche

Cut the cheese in rectangles.
Chop the pecans finely.
Coat the cheese rectangles with the pecans.
Keep in freezer or fridge to maintain firmness.
Serve with sprinkled Dulce de Leche on top.



1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can whole milk
4 eggs
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp vanilla

Heat the sugar in the flan maker until becomes caramelized.
Blend all other ingredients.
Add to flan maker.
Place flan maker inside pressure cooker.
When pressure is ready:
Reduce heat to low and cook for 10 minutes.
